A striking reminder of military might–the Holt American Legion Post recently installed a retired Bell AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter in front of their building on Cedar Street. The helicopter, which is visible from the road, served during the Vietnam War. AH-1 Cobra’s flew continuously from 1967 until the end of the war in 1973.
