A view of Downtown Holt in 1920 showing the northwest corner of Holt Road and Cedar Street. The first house on the right was built by Tom Thorburn in 1902 and was the first home in Holt with electricity. It was subsequently occupied by the Flemming family from 1918 through 1962. One of Holt’s grand old homes, after being sold it was demolished in 1963.
